Bassem Fayek leads Boston Consulting Group's Egypt office. He has been instrumental in establishing and expanding the firm’s presence in Egypt, building the office from the ground up, and delivering $100 million in opportunities to clients by assessing, shaping, and executing bold ideas. He has worked on new venture and business line builds and large-scale transformations, always focusing on client context, best practice relevance, and partnerships.
Bassem is a recognized expert in financial institutions, real estate, infrastructure, and investment. He advises both private sector and state-owned clients across Egypt, and the broader Middle East and Africa region. His experience spans strategy, operating model, governance, transformation, investment due diligence and execution, and joint venture development.
