Ben Morach leads Boston Consulting Group’s business in Switzerland, overseeing offices in Zurich and Geneva. He is an expert in large-scale transformation and value creation and focuses on private equity clients in the industrial goods, business services, and health care sectors.
Ben works with leading financial investors on the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio acceleration and comprehensive exit support. He has led numerous recent assignments for repeatable, high value impact from AI across the portfolio of leading private equity funds.
Before joining BCG, Ben spent close to a decade at the Private Equity Group of Bain & Company.
