Brian Myerholtz is Boston Consulting Group's Global Talent Acquisition lead. In this role, he partners with global, regional, and business leaders to shape the next chapter of recruiting at BCG: scaling best practices, advancing digital innovation, and evolving a high-tech, high-touch talent acquisition model.
Brian is also a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Operations practices. He has more than 20 years of experience advising industrial goods clients on strategic and operational topics. He has specific expertise in growth strategies, corporate development, business transformation, and creating competitive advantage through end-to-end supply chain optimization. Most recently he has been working with machinery clients to make their businesses more digital, sustainable, and service-oriented. His work has included extended engagements in Amsterdam and Tokyo, as well as leadership of global client relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Previously, as North America Recruiting lead, Brian led a significant transformation of BCG’s recruiting approach. He introduced AI-enabled résumé assessment and new behavioral and analytical evaluation methods, expanded the firm’s reach to new schools and talent pools, and helped increase entry-level hiring by more than 50%, while maintaining BCG’s high standards for talent. These efforts contributed to meaningful improvements in both candidate quality and diversity. He is a strong advocate for thoughtfully integrating technology into recruiting, including the use of AI-enabled tools to support more consistent, data-informed candidate evaluation while maintaining the importance of human judgment.
Brian joined BCG in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, he was a consultant in Accenture’s supply chain strategy practice.
