Cassandra Di Prizio is the Social Impact and Marketing Manager for the Chicago office of Boston Consulting Group. She leads BCG’s Center for Illinois’ Future (CIF) which works to improve well-being in Illinois by investing BCG’s teams and resources in collaboration with organizations that share BCG’s passion for driving breakthrough change in the community. CIF invests over $10 million annually to place pro bono and low bono consulting teams with social impact and public sector leaders to unlock the potential of those who are changing the world.

She works closely with BCGers, social sector executives, and civic leaders to define the challenges they face and bring together teams of BCGers to design and implement transformative solutions. Cassandra is active in the firm’s Chicago community development initiatives with the goal of attracting private investment into community-responsive developments in under-valued neighborhoods on Chicago's south and west sides.

She is also the marketing and alumni focal point for Chicago, and manages BCG Chicago’s local alumni community initiatives focused on supporting BCGers in their post-BCG careers.

Cassandra is a core member of the Chicago office’s Inclusion Accelerator, a diversity and inclusion initiative focused on infusing authenticity and inclusivity into the everyday experiences of Chicago-based BCGers.

Prior to joining BCG, Cassandra was a consultant with The Alford Group, a boutique nonprofit management consulting firm headquartered in Chicago.
