Chris Bisset leads Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) practice for the Australia-New Zealand region. He is also a senior leader of the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice. He serves a diverse mix of local and global investor clients, including public sector investors and asset managers.
Chris has extensive experience in end-to-end transaction support, including buy- and sell-side diligence, private capital and public markets, carve-outs and post-merger integration. He also delivers value creation programs for sponsors’ portfolio companies in topics spanning digitization and analytics, process redesign and cost reduction, personalization and pricing, and development of innovative service offers. Chris has also advised investors and policymakers on fund strategy and market assessments, commercial partnership design and negotiation, and public-private investment approaches.
In an industry context, Chris specializes in infrastructure assets. He also covers buy-outs and special situations in financial services; leisure and entertainment; and technology, media, and telecommunications, partnering with BCG’s global industry experts in these domains to marshal in-depth expertise.
Prior to joining BCG as an associate in 2016, Chris worked at Macquarie Bank in the Lending Team, Corporate and Asset Finance Group, analyzing global investment opportunities.
