Christof Kiefer is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Transform practice and Special Situations team. He specializes in large-scale transformation and restructuring programs, and has expertise in turnaround strategy, performance improvement, and refinancing.
Christof works with companies across industries to design and execute value-creating turnaround and transformation programs, combining strategic, operational, and financial levers with artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to accelerate impact and deliver sustainable results. He has led numerous transformation programs for clients across several industries and verticals in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Prior to joining BCG, Christof worked for Roland Berger in Vienna and Doha, UBS Investment Bank in Frankfurt and Raiffeisen Bank International in New York and Graz. In addition, he worked for a number of years at a family business during his studies and gained deep insights in the wood and lumber industry.
