Dale Williams is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations practice. He is an expert in operational transformations, and most recently, digital transformations. He guides companies through large-scale, multi-year global performance transformations and specializes in the application of advanced analytics to drive operational performance.
Dale is passionate about winning and delivering complex results-focused client projects. He has worked with clients in the energy and utilities, consumer and retail, and aerospace and defense industries, using a digital-first approach to transform supply chains.
Dale joined the firm in May 2020. Prior to that, he was head of operations consulting at KPMG.
