Dhruv Shah

Dhruv Shah is a core member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) and Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) practices at Boston Consulting Group. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has led multiple due diligences in the IT/tech services space, curating the investment thesis for both sell-side and buy-side clients.

Dhruv has extensive experience in fund strategy and operations, transaction support, and portfolio acceleration. His main focus is working with private equity funds on sharpening strategic focus, supporting diligences, and maximizing value-unlock post investment.

Prior to joining BCG, Dhruv worked at Deloitte Consulting for one year.
