Divya Gupta joined Boston Consulting Group in November 2021, bringing almost 30 years of experience in emerging technologies. She is a core member of the firm's People & Organization practice and leads BCG U—an upskilling and reskilling capability by BCG for clients on a transformative journey—in India and the Middle East.
Divya has led reskilling and upskilling programs across India and the Middle East for public and private sector clients in areas such as climate and sustainability, digital transformation, product management, procurement, and leadership development. She has designed an academy based on needs analysis and benchmarking, drafted end-to-end learning journeys, and delivered programs that involved blended learning.
Before joining the firm, Divya worked at NASSCOMM, where she was the founding team member and co-architect of the FutureSkills Prime initiative, an upskilling initiative in collaboration with government of India. Before that, she spent almost two decades at Intel corporation where she led the South Asia operations and worked in the public sector in India, with a focus on driving growth across business units through IT transformation and analytics for government, smart city deployments, and education solutions.
