Donika Gojani is a senior manager in Boston Consulting Group’s Transactions & Integrations team within the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice. She focuses on M&A, post-merger integrations, and corporate divestitures, including carve-outs and spin-offs.
Donika works with clients on integration strategy and planning, integration management office design, synergy planning and tracking, day one readiness, culture, change management, and communications. She also contributes to the development of new digital and AI-enabled tools for transaction and integration work.
Before joining BCG, Donika worked in retail mergers and acquisitions at Walgreens. She is also part of the leadership team for Women@BCG in the Chicago office.
