Donika Gojani is lead knowledge analyst in the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on M&A, post-merger integrations, and corporate divestitures (carveouts and spin-offs). She is part of the leadership team for the Women@BCG initiative for the Chicago office.

Donika works with clients primarily on post-merger integrations and carve outs, as well as on the end-to-end M&A process, including inorganic growth strategies, target screening, due diligence, and post-merger integration of large and complex transactions globally. She has developed customized strategies to outperform announced synergies for various clients in different geographies and industries. She has also created new tools to benchmark carveout costs and opportunities.

Before joining the firm, Donika held several jobs at Walgreens, most recently as Senior Business Analyst, Retail Mergers and Acquisitions.
