Eduardo Bicacro joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. He is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and People & Organization practices at the firm. Eduardo's client work covers a wide range of industries and functional topics, particularly agile transformations and strategy definition and implementation. Based in Lisbon, he has also spent time working in the Portuguese speaking sub-Saharan countries Angola and Mozambique, as well as across Europe.
Eduardo is currentlyfocusing on ensuring the telecom industry keeps powering the digital transformation of societies, working with large organizations to unlock speed and engagement in their workforces through operating model redesign, and enabling AI adoption at scale across industries. He is passionate about the change that the agile mindset can bring about for large organizations and societies.
