Over the course of his career, Eike has advised leading banking, insurance, telecommunications, and media companies on large-scale digital and technology transformations. He built and led BCG Platinion’s Telecomminications, Media & Technology practice for a decade and established the firm’s first design and engineering hub in Berlin, now BCG X.
Today, Eike leads BCG Platinion’s largest chapter, Tech Advisory & Delivery, globally. He also serves as World Class Tech Function lead across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. In this role, he supports organizations in strengthening their technology functions and turning complex ERP and digital programs into measurable business value.
In addition, Eike advises principal investors and private equity firms on technology due diligence across IT cost structures, operating models, application landscapes, architecture, and infrastructure.
