Enrique González joined Boston Consulting Group in 2017. He is a core member of the firm's Industrial Goods and People & Organization practices with over ten years of experience working with clients in the industrial goods sector on areas such as strategic development and implementation, talent strategy, organizational design, transformation and change management.
His most recent engagements in industrial goods have been with infrastructure and building materials, waste management, rolling stock manufacturing, and agribusiness clients.
From a people and organization perspective, Enrique's work centers on talent and skills, people and culture strategy, agentic AI transformation, and change management, with strong drive for making the human competitive advantage tangible in organizations. He helps organizations clarify how tasks, talent, and teams evolve in AI-first environments and build the required capabilities.
Before joining BCG, Enrique worked at Ferrovial and other infrastructure companies.
