Enzo Lago joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a core member of the Health Care practice, and has extensive experience working with health care clients across Europe. He has expertise in biopharma corporate strategy and large-scale transformation, go-to-market and commercial model design, and AI and digital across biopharma and health care providers.
Since joining the firm, Enzo has worked with large and mid-sized biopharma companies on engagements including growth and innovation strategy, M&A, cost optimization, org design, commercial operating model in international markets, product launches and market access, and AI-enabled transformation. He has also supported health care providers, including private hospital groups, on growth strategy, enterprise-wide AI, and digital transformation.
