Erdener Ortan is a core member of the Consumer, Industrial Goods, and Global Advantage practices at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2014, Erdener has worked on and led many projects for consumer and industrial goods companies, as well as for several leading Turkish conglomerates. His project experience at BCG has covered portfolio strategy, international expansion strategy, strategic roadmap planning, transformation, cost optimization, and more. Erdener has also worked on several operating model redesign and organizational restructuring projects.

Since he joined BCG, two of Erdener’s have been named “Best Consumer Project at BCG” for the CEMA region.
