Fabrizio Pessina

Fabrizio Pessina joined Boston Consulting Group in 2013 in Milan. He is the node of the Tech and Digital Advantage practice for Italy, Greece, and Turkey. He is also a core member of the Financial Institutions and Energy practices at BCG.

Fabrizio specializes in IT, digital operations, transformations, and cyber security, working for public and private companies in Italy and Europe. He has experience in data and digital platforms, agile at scale, all aspects of IT and OPS strategy, and next gen technology function.

Before he joined the firm, Fabrizio worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and Accenture.
