Ian Stuart-Hoff is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice specializing in agribusiness, chemicals, and mining. He works with clients on a broad set of strategic, transformation, and operations topics.
Within operations, Ian has significant expertise in core cost, manufacturing, supply chain, and network topics. In addition, he has experience bringing technology solutions into operations environments (AI, digital, automation).
Prior to joining BCG, Ian worked as an investor for a seed and series A venture capital fund and also as a city general manager for the Greater Chicago area for an on-demand startup.
