Ian Sullivan is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice, with a concentration on end-to-end operations, manufacturing, transformation, supply chain, and performance improvement. He has worked with clients in the consumer, energy, and chemicals sectors.
Ian has experience in defining digital manufacturing strategy, leading implementation of a multi-plant integrated production system for a consumer food manufacturer, designing supply chains and engineering and support organizations, and leading end-to-end transformations and operations programs.
Before earning his MBA, Ian gained extensive experience in power and infrastructure along the asset lifecycle while working at MPR Associates and Westinghouse Electric Company.
