Iana Kouris leads AI-enabled customer experience transformations at BCG X, Boston Consulting Group’s tech build, and design unit. She is also a core member of BCG’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice.

Iana leverages her nearly 20 years of experience across strategy, design, and technology to advise senior leaders on the next curve of growth. Her work focuses on AI-enabled customer experience, longevity and healthy aging markets, and executive reinvention.

She currently helps health care, insurance, and consumer companies capture opportunities in the longevity economy, including preventive health platforms, healthy aging solutions, and new longevity tech offerings.

Before joining BCG, Iana spent six years at Nokia and Nokia Bell Labs, working on innovations in telecom and digital services. She began her career at McKinsey & Company, where she spent seven years advising global clients on strategy, operations, and growth.
