Ivan Bantsekin joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is the product lead for Revenue Growth Management AI by BCG X (RGM AI), one of the firm's flagship AI solutions for consumer goods companies. He operates across the full product lifecycle to drive impact at scale. Ivan's focus is on advancing the role of AI in RGM, thus empowering consumer companies to optimize growth and profitability with intelligence and precision.
Ivan was part of the team that built RGM AI from minimum viable product (MVP) to industry-leading product, expanding the platform, the team, and the product vision from initial concept to an award-winning suite covering pricing, promotions, mix, and trade. He is currently focusing on next-generation AI capabilities, leading the integration of GenAI and agentic AI into the platform, full UI/UX redesign, and scaling the platform to new consumer packaged goods verticals and markets.
Ivan is experienced in both strategy and product building. His more than ten years at BCG have spanned pure strategy cases, digital venture building, and hands-on product leadership.
