Joanna Stringer joined Boston Consulting Group in 2022, bringing 25 years of experience in Asia, the US, and Europe, where she led brand, marketing, and customer-centric transformations for global brands.
Joanna is a core member of BCG’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Consumer practices, and leads the firm’s work in marketing, customer demand, innovation, and customer experience (CX) in the UK. She partners with clients to drive top-line growth by integrating advanced analytics, AI, and creative capabilities with a deep understanding of decision-making to unlock significant business impact.
Joanna’s expertise spans industries including consumer goods, B2B services, technology, media, financial services, and insurance. She has designed and delivered large-scale transformations that strengthen customer relationships, optimize marketing investments, and accelerate brand performance across global markets.
She has lived and worked for more than a decade each in Asia and Europe, and she has advised clients in both developed and emerging markets. Prior to joining BCG, she held senior leadership roles at KPMG, WPP, and Omnicom, and she also founded, grew, and sold The Red Thread Group.
