Dr. Jonathan Lim is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care and Public Sector practices. He serves as the global lead for social affairs, overseeing work with clients in health systems, education and employment, and welfare and wellbeing.
Jon has worked extensively with US State Departments of Health and Human Services on topics including Medicaid program design and implementation (1115 waivers, behavioral health, justice-involved populations, community-based palliative care, health-related social needs), long-term services and supports, rural health, health system resiliency, and public health. He is also an expert in value-based care, having spearheaded BCG’s global partnership with the World Economic Forum on the topic.
Currently in New York, Jon has previously been based in BCG's Melbourne, Stockholm, and London offices, and has led projects across the US, Europe, Australia, and Africa focused on shaping a broad understanding of how governments can strengthen social outcomes.
Prior to joining BCG, Jonathan was a medical doctor at Alfred Health, Australia's largest trauma service.
