Jonathan Nipper is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice focusing on the automotive industry. Jonathan has significant experience across the automotive value chain with both OEMs and tier 1 suppliers. He has in-depth knowledge of connected cars, electric vehicles, mobility, and autonomous vehicles. Jonathan also leads recruiting for the Detroit office. 

In addition to automotive, Jonathan has led work in other industrial goods sectors including wind energy, as well as retail, consumer goods, health care, and more. He works with clients on strategy, transformation, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing, due diligence, quality, and product planning and development. In his recent work at BCG, he led the strategic diligence and subsequent post-merger integration efforts for the multi-billion dollar acquisition of a tier 1 automotive supplier, built the overall autonomous mobility strategy for an automotive OEM, and developed the connected car strategy for a global automotive OEM
