Kevin Callender is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice. He has extensive experience in operating model/organization design, talent strategy, support function excellence, and AI-enabled cost transformation topics. He has supported over 20 transformations across industries including financial institutions, insurance, industrial goods, technology, energy, and health care.
Kevin initially worked at BCG from 2016 from 2022. Prior to returning to BCG in 2024, he served as Chief People Officer at Cerebral, a hyper-growth, VC-backed health tech company.
