Khaled Tawfik leads the retail work for Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice for Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA), as well as leading the retail marketplaces work globally.

Since joining BCG in 2008, Khaled has mainly worked with retail clients in food and non-food segments. Most of his client engagements have focused on multi-year transformations, typically with a strong focus on commercial and digital topics underpinned by advanced analytics/artificial intelligence, and consumer-led strategy. He has worked on a variety of topics in retail, including growth strategy, category performance improvement, assortment optimization, pricing and promotions, ecommerce/marketplaces and data and analytics.

Prior to coming to BCG, Khaled worked for Disney Consumer Products in Los Angeles.
