Lars Marquardt is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice and BCG Transform. He serves a wide range of clients, with a focus on the machinery industry; and specializes in large-scale transformation programs, target operating models, strategy work, and cost-out optimizations across the value chain.
Before joining BCG, Lars worked at BASF, KPMG and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
