Laura Bergonzini is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice. She joined the firm in April 2020. Laura spent the first part of her career in finance, and in 2013 joined McKinsey & Company, where she began specializing in health care. She then spent three years at a boutique consulting firm, where she worked on emergency pathway transformation at multiple NHS Trusts, and on ambulance operations and transformation.

Laura is passionate about helping her health care clients improve the way they work and care for their patients. Recently, she has worked on demand and capacity modeling and strategy to respond to COVID-19 reconfiguration opportunities and developing a decision-making framework to coordinate actions and maximize activity across systems during the second and third waves of the pandemic.
