Maggie Schear is a managing director of BrightHouse, a Boston Consulting Group company. She joined BrightHouse in 2010 and has since led purpose articulation and activation projects for some of the world’s biggest brands, leveraging purpose to drive transformative impact in company culture, to align and elevate strategy, and to craft distinctive and emotionally resonant brand strategy.
Maggie’s expertise includes development of purpose-based brand strategy, organizational transformation, and social impact strategy and messaging.
Maggie has worked with senior leaders to excavate and activate purpose across a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, retail, food and beverage, financial services, technology, and consumer durables.
She is a member of the Consumer; Marketing, Sales, & Pricing; and Social Impact practices at BCG and serves on BCG’s Social Impact practice leadership team.
