Manik Jain is a core member of the Travel, Cities, & Infrastructure and Technology & Digital Advantage practices at Boston Consulting Group. He specializes in large-scale digital, AI, and technology-driven business transformation at the firm. Manik serves clients across the public sector, transportation and infrastructure, and consumer and industrial goods sectors, as well as large field-service operations. His expertise includes designing digital operating models at scale, modernizing core platforms and architecting fit-for-purpose ecosystems, while building data and AI capabilities that create durable business value.
Manik has worked with BCG clients across North America, the UK, Switzerland, and Italy. He began his career in the aviation industry, working at Delta Air Lines on process re-engineering for airport operations.
