Maria Abreu is a senior member of Boston Consulting Group's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure and People & Organization practices. She supports companies across industries on strategy definition and end-to-end transformations, with particular focus on operating model design and change management.
Maria has worked with a range of clients across the travel sector including airlines, cruise lines, and hotels as well as clients in other sectors such as industrial goods and technology. Her experience includes strategy design and implementation, organizational capability building and change management, and top-level organization and operating model design.
Prior to joining BCG, Maria led enterprise implementation projects for a hospitality-focused technology company in Washington, DC.
