Mark Joseph joined BCG Platinion, Boston Consulting Group's division focused on the development, implementation, and enablement of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions, in January 2026. He brings 30 years of leadership experience advising CEOs and leadership teams on enterprise modernization, IT/OT transformation, and infrastructure-critical programs across Africa.
Mark's work is poised at the intersection of strategy, enterprise architecture, and execution, and he has significant experience helping organizations align technology with business ambition to deliver scalable, enduring impact in complex operating environments. Mark is recognized for setting clear technology direction, building high-performing teams, and aligning technology and operations to deliver sustained performance improvement in complex public and private sector environments.
Prior to joining BCG, Mark held senior executive roles at global firms, including as CEO (Africa), for Amdocs, Senior Partner & TMT Industry Leader at Deloitte Africa, Senior Director at Oracle Consulting Sub-Saharan Africa, and Managing Director/Partner at Accenture South Africa.
