Martín Meninato is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Financial Institutions practices in Latin America, with a focus on organization strategy, productivity, and corporate transformation. He currently serves as the country manager for BCG in Argentina.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Martín has led numerous high-impact projects across Argentina, Chile, and Peru, working with clients in industrial goods and financial services. A significant part of his work is on the design of organizational structures, operating model transformations, corporate strategy, and performance improvement.
For the past decade, Martín has been a mentor volunteer with Endeavor Chile, supporting high-impact entrepreneurs across the region.
