Max Männig joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016. He is an active member of the Financial Institutions practice with a focus on international strategy, banking technology, and transformation. He has been involved in multiple data and analytics, risk, and strategy projects in various industries.
Max was formerly an Ambassador at BCG Henderson Institute (BHI), BCG's strategy think tank, where he led the technology team. His research at BHI's Tech & Biz Lab focused on generative AI and deep tech and how they can be leveraged to solve our most pressing challenges
