A core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice, Mei-Jung Chen is the Asia Pacific lead for AI in Operations, and the Asia Pacific lead for the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) End Device team. She leads AI-driven operations and supply chain transformations across Asia Pacific, focusing on growing geopolitical shifts.
Currently Mei-Jung is spearheading a large-scale GenAI deployment for a global high-tech leader while driving AI-enabled supply chain reform to strengthen resilience in the China+1 landscape. She works extensively with clients to drive operational enhancements, strategic innovation, and digital business development, enabling AI integration for process improvement and cost optimization.
Before joining BCG, Mei-Jung was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Head of Product Marketing at Acer Inc., and Next Gen Design Lead R&D Manager at Texas Instruments.
