With a career spanning Europe, Asia, and North America, Monika brings deep international experience to organizations navigating shifting market, productivity, and resilience challenges. Her recent work includes partnering with multinational industrial clients on end-to-end operational transformations to enhance competitiveness, deploying lean and analytical operational approaches in complex manufacturing environments, and advising executive teams on enterprise-wide cost-and-growth initiatives that balance performance with long-term strategic priorities.
