Natasha Taylor

Natasha Taylor leads Boston Consulting Group’s North America Tech & Digital Advantage practice and is a core member of the Health Care practice. She has deep expertise in digital transformation, AI and GenAI, payment innovation, operating model transformation, and portfolio diversification. She works across the payer and provider space—including national and regional health systems and payers, large-scale distributed networks, primary care, and ambulatory surgical assets.

Natasha has extensive experience working on mergers and acquisitions with providers, payers, and physician groups. She has also led numerous transformation engagements, including an end-to-end cost and clinical function transformation for a national health system. In addition, she developed a growth blueprint for a national payer government business (Medicaid, Medicare Advantage), including end-to-end program transformation (strategy, product design, marketing, and sales and distribution). 

Before joining BCG, Natasha worked at The Advisory Board Company, a health care research and consulting firm in Washington, where she focused on strategic planning and capital allocation guidance for hospitals.
