Oscar Axelsson joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2017. He is a core member of the firm's Tech & Digital Advantage and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices. He focuses on digital and data-driven business models and strategies; data architecture, governance, and management; and analytics and AI application and build.
Oscar recently led the BCG build of an internal GenAI multi-agent insight-generation system with a team of five engineers, UX designer, and strategists. This included defining the BCG strategy for transforming case work with the help of GenAI, assessing different tech choices and architecture, and building a "virtual case team assistant" leveraging latest open-source frameworks.
