Paolo Mazzer has 20 years of management consulting experience. As a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Tech & Digital Advantage and Insurance practices, he works with financial services clients on operations, IT, M&A in tech, post-merger integration, and product service innovation engagements.
Paolo's expertise is concentrated in the insurance, finance, and tech industries, and he has been involved in the firm's key engagements in Italy and the EU within those industries. He is part of the BCG's leadership team that is setting strategy for, and developing relationships with, top management, as well as driving key offerings on innovation and costs and operations optimization.
Before joining BCG, Paolo worked for 11 years as a Senior Manager at Accenture.
