Paolo Vicino is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care and Transform practices. He works across the health care spectrum and has in-depth expertise in the consumer health and medical aesthetics industries, in addition to traditional biopharma. His work spans corporate transformation, including growth strategy and cost-advantage programs, as well as M&A for medical aesthetics, consumer health, and pharmaceutical companies.
Paolo's recent projects include supporting the top- and bottom-line transformation of an eye-care player and developing US market entry and growth strategies for several medical aesthetics companies.
Prior to joining BCG, Paolo worked for an Italian firm in the renewable energy industry.
