Pragya Maini a client-facing director of Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice. She leads a global team of organization design and operating model specialists within that practice. Her recent areas of focus have been GenAI and people strategy, and the future of work.
Pragya works closely with clients on all people and organization topics, with a focus on org design, shared services/global business services (GBS), digital HR, HR excellence, people strategy, and change management. She has worked in California, New York, London, and New Delhi.
Prior to joining BCG, Pragya worked as a Human Capital Consultant with KPMG, where she worked on organization transformation, people strategy and change management projects.
