Rajiv Shenoy is part of the team building BCG U, Boston Consulting Group's platform for high-performance upskilling at scale. He helps leaders move from AI awareness to practical adoption by designing executive and enterprise-wide programs that connect new capabilities to measurable business value. He supports organizations as they identify high-value workflows, build hands-on AI fluency, and translate emerging technologies into new ways of working across teams and operating models.

Rajiv has 14 years of experience as a founder, operator, and technology executive, with a background in education technology, enterprise transformation, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy. In addition, he works with private equity investors and portfolio companies to help leadership teams identify and execute AI-enabled growth, product, go-to-market, and operational opportunities.

In education, Rajiv advises K to 12, college and university, and continuing education leaders on enrollment growth, student engagement, back-office transformation, and the use of AI and digital capabilities. In addition to his work at BCG, Rajiv currently serves on the Lewisville Independent School District Superintendent Advisory Board, Chief Technology Officer Advisory Board, and Johns Hopkins University’s Sheridan Libraries Advisory Board and Leadership Fellows Program.

Prior to joining BCG, Rajiv was Founder and CEO of Orca, which was acquired by Apogee. He later held senior leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Evangelist at Apogee, and Executive in Residence and VP of Technology Ventures at Shorelight Education.
