Rob Souza is Boston Consulting Group’s Chief Financial Officer for North America, and a managing director and senior partner. Since joining BCG in 2000, Rob has worked with clients in a range of industries, with a focus on consumer and retail. He was for many years a member of the firm’s retail leadership team and played a key role in founding the firm's tech build and design unit that is today known as BCG X. Rob formerly served as Boston’s office leader and Northeast system leader. Before joining BCG, Rob worked at Deloitte Consulting.
