Since joining Boston Consulting Group in 2019, Robin Lavers has worked primarily in the Social Impact practice, focusing on global health and climate and sustainability. He has also been an active part of Financial Institutions and Public Sector practice engagements.
Robin is passionate about health access and equity. His goal is to drive meaningful change in global health, as well as health care in Africa. He is also committed to helping further the firm's climate and sustainability work. Robin has expertise in strategy development, process redesign, and project management, and has worked on a variety of topics, including HIV/AIDS; vaccine research and development, manufacturing, and delivery; medical product regulation; pharmacovigilance; poverty eradication; and biodiversity conservation.
