Romain Terray is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Insurance and Financial Institutions practices. He advises insurers, bancassurers, and retail banks. Since joining BCG in 2015, Romain has led a number of large-scale transformations and strategic projects, with a focus on AI, customer experience, and cost reduction. He specializes in operations transformation, particularly claims; and in distribution models across banking and insurance branch networks, direct channels, and brokerage.
