Saurabh Harnathka is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods and Operations practices with a concentration in operations improvement. His current focus is business turnaround and value creation for privately and publicly owned companies leading to sustainable EBITDA and cash unlock.
Saurabh joined BCG in 2016. He has considerable consulting experience, primarily in materials and process industries such metals and mining, chemicals, and building materials. He has led several large-scale transformation programs in these industries, delivering sustainable bottom-line improvement.
Saurabh works with clients across North America, Asia, and Europe on operations, supply chain, digital, sales and marketing, org design, and strategy. He led BCG’s global Digital Acceleration Study for metals and mining companies surveying best-practices in Industry 4.0 across over 100 players.
Before joining BCG, Saurabh was a Project Manager at Monitor Group.
