Sebastian Ullrich is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice at Boston Consulting Group, with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry, and in particular, B2B growth, large-scale transformation, infrastructure optimization, and sustainability. He has special expertise in organizational transformation topics within TMT, as well as across industries.

Furthermore, at BCG, Sebastian is the Central Europe lead for the Future of Work and a co-lead for GenAI in people and organization. In that role, Sebastian is working on optimizing all parts of the HR value chain to “make work work” for offices, but also for deskless workers. On top of that, Sebastian developed topic expertise in strategic workforce and skill planning where he ran over 20 projects for clients in Europe, Africa, the US, and globally.

Besides his client work, Sebastian also leads the diversity initiative “First Generation” in Central Europe which focuses on the integration, development, and recognition of employees who are the first in their family to earn an academic degree.
