Susan Yin is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy practice with a major focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance. She has experience in end-to-end buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Since joining BCG in October 2022, Susan has managed or led multiple portfolio reviews, buy- and sell-side carve out transactions, and joint venture discussions. She has worked with clients in various industries including, consumer, telecommunications, commodities, and energy infrastructure.
Before joining BCG, Susan was Vice President of Corporate Strategy & M&A at Deutsche Börse AG.
