Teodora Fantigrossi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector, Social Impact, and Climate & Sustainability practices. She joined the firm in 2016, and focuses on development and sustainability topics in Africa. She advises African governments, multilateral organizations, and international donors on complex policy reforms.
Teodora has delivered large-scale impact in terms of social protection, food security, agriculture, and climate by combining her experience in strategy with hands-on implementation experience across government ministries, the private sector, UN agencies, bilateral donors, and civil society. She is passionate about helping clients achieve sustainability in terms of food and agriculture.
Before joining BCG, Teodora worked as a development consultant for Altai Consulting in several countries in Africa and the Middle East, and worked in public sector institutions including the European Commission in Brussels, UNIDO in Iran, and World Health Organization in Geneva.
