Tomi Mansio is a member of the Operations and TURN practices at Boston Consulting Group. He works on large-scale transformation, operational improvement, and strategy engagements across industries, primarily in industrial goods and energy. Tomi began his BCG career in the Helsinki and London offices in 2007, before leaving to work at Siemens Wind Power. He returned to the firm in 2019.

In his recent client work at BCG, Tomi has worked with an industrial goods manufacturer to drive its finance transformation with a business process outsourcing partner; supported an Asian technology conglomerate with its European strategy, including framing its political environment, digital agenda, and initiatives to strengthen its position in the UK, the Nordics, and Poland; and driven various operational improvement and optimization efforts in turnaround, transformation, and post-merger integration projects.

Prior to joining BCG, Tomi worked at Siemens Wind Power and Siemens Gamesa for eight years in various leadership positions, including direct materials procurement globally, and leading finance as well as sales for Asia Pacific onshore wind business. He also worked for KONE for four years, leading procurement for escalator production in China.
