Xavier Wisniewski joined Boston Consulting Group in Paris in 2019. He is a core member of the Energy and Transform practices at the firm, with a focus on upstream oil and gas and oilfield services and equipment (OFSE).
Xavier advises international oil companies, national oil companies, independent exploration and production companies, and OFSE players on large-scale transformations and other strategic and operational topics. His work focuses on performance improvement and cost reduction, operating model and organization redesign, upstream operations, procurement and supply chain, and post-merger integrations and separations.
His recent work includes major cost and performance transformation programs, the integration and separation of upstream businesses, restructuring and industrial footprint optimization, and operating model transformations for OFSE companies.
Before joining BCG, Xavier spent four years with Schlumberger in upstream operations in the North Sea.
